In the begining

Well, here we go again...
Friends had this little project that I volunteered to help restore.
These are some of the earliest photos, we could find.
Thanks to Ryan Vigus for providing them!

This photo was taken 12-26-1986 by John Pari. It shows the car as it was painted for Conrail.
It states that the car was formerly a RDG 92926 being stored in Reading and waiting to be scraped.

Painted Yellow and Green in about 1964, and some of the windows were covered with steel plates. It then went to Camden , NJ in 1973 ( we think) and was painted and labeled for Reading.

It then was painted Conrail colors in or around 1976. It had one more stop before it went to the Baltimore B&O museum. It was stored on a small siding near Leesport, PA repainted and put on display. This was about 1996.

Ryan also provided a few more facts...
It appears the Caboose was manufactured in June of 1941 in the Reading shops in Bethlehem, PA.
It is a M930 Class NMI - BA1984
This caboose has three siblings living in Maryland.
One in Sykesville - RDG 94003
One in Hagerstown - RDG 94020
and one somewhere near Westover, MD - RDG 92813

As I find more out, I will update ( and maybe correcting ) the details.

More pics were found!!
